Compliance and Quality Assurance
Compliance and Quality Assurance
At Loving Arms Care Ltd, our Quality Assurance Framework underpins every aspect of our care provision. We ensure a competent, compassionate, and skilled workforce through structured induction, regular supervision, and ongoing professional development.
Workforce and Competency
Staff are deployed according to everyone’s care plan, ensuring they are suitably trained and matched to meet specific care needs and preferences. Staff performance and conduct are monitored through:
Regular supervision and appraisals
Spot checks and shadowing
Competency assessments and refresher training
Key performance indicators (KPIs)
These systems ensure that the care provided consistently meets and exceeds the CQC Fundamental Standards and Skills for Care benchmarks.
Complaints, Compliments, and Feedback
We operate a clear, accessible, and responsive complaints and feedback procedure. All clients receive written information and contact details at the commencement of care. Service users and their representatives are encouraged to share feedback—positive or negative—verbally, in writing, or during management visits.
All feedback is documented, analysed, and reviewed to identify trends and support continuous improvement. Each concern or compliment is assigned to a responsible manager for follow-up and resolution. A summary of learning outcomes and improvement actions is reviewed regularly at Quality Assurance meetings.
Engagement and Continuous Improvement
We actively engage both staff and service users in the development and improvement of our service. Regular team meetings, client voice sessions, and quality review forums ensure transparency, open communication, and shared accountability in maintaining excellence.
Safeguarding and Safety
We maintain a strong safeguarding culture, ensuring all staff are trained and supported to recognise, report, and respond to signs of abuse, neglect, or exploitation. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, and our aim is to create an environment that is safe, respectful, and free from harm—aligned with local authority safeguarding procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.
Nature of Services Provided
